New Changes

Stansadventures blog I first must say it has been a long time since I wrote my last blog and I am sorry about that but it has been some changes since then. I got a better paying job and making more money which is good. I also have been keeping up on what has been happening in the middle east with Libya and the death of their former leader. I am a little bit bothered by what did happen to him and how he died and how his people must have felt about doing what they had done.
Now, I think that they wanted to do this for a long time with how the world is today with the economy and how the job rate is and such. But here is my question how will the death of their former leader help them? Let me know what you think ok. 

New Job Better Pay

stansadventures blog I first of all would like to say it has been a while for a new posting here and I do apologize to all of my readers for that. I would like to update all of you as to what has been happening. I got a better paying job and I love it. It has better pay along with future benefits and overall it is great. I make better pay and I get a weekly check as well. It just goes to show you that you can do what you set your mind to. So, the next time you really want to do something think it through and do what you think is best for yourself because you must be happy with it as well as live with your decisions. New Job..

stansadventures blog I would like to say that I love my new job. Even though it is very short on hours but it is only five days a week and no weekends I have fun doing it. I get paid every week instead of two weeks which is good also. I have only been doing it for two days now and it will get better I can tell it.

stansadventures blog I start my new job monday August 1, 2011. I am excited about this because I will be making more money and be able to get the things I need as well as the things I want. This is accomplished by taking the time in getting this job. Now, in todays world you need to have a better job because things are getting hirer in cost. So, I would advise if you want to do this look for a job you will like and apply for it.

My new job

stansadventures blog I found a new job this week and I luv it. I only work 5 days a week with great pay and benefits after 90 days. Vacations and a raise are in the future. I have my own office and such. I found this through a friend who lives in the same building. It just proves that if you believe in yourself you can do anything. Good luck to all in their hunt for a new job 

New Job Findings

stansadventures blog I have been looking for a new job now for nearly 4 months. I have several leads but nothing solid at this time. I have had interviews and did follow up calls and nothing yet. I was reading on the internet this week about the debt ceiling level and how the president had been pushing to raise the spending limit a few trillion so this country can pay its bills and if not it will be harder to find a job then they say things will get worse. How can it get worse off than it really is. Well, I will keep looking and hope the best for everyone that is looking for a better job or just looking for a job period...

Seeking new things

stansadventures blog. This week I had taken a deep look at my life and my job and how much mone I was making with my job. The job I have is not  really much when it comes to paying bills. After I pay the bills  dont have no money left over. I would not reccommend this job to anyone who wants to make money because thisjob does not make money. So, I have decided to look somewhere else for a better paying job. I know it will be hard and I will have to keep this job till I find another and in these times it will be had but you have to have faith and I do. I will find that job ad make it work for me.

Hello its been a while but I have been working a lot since the last publishing of my blog. It has come to my attention for a while now that this job I have is not bringing in enough money for my personal expences such as my rent and my utilities. The hours have cut down to much for this. I had my schooling moved to online so I can take a full time job and do the online too. I have noticed some things at work that should not be permitted but are. I did make employee of the month of April but nothing after that. Now, I am looking for another job and still holding on to this one until then. I will say this if a job makes you worry everyday about your bills and such then it is time to do something about it. Hold on to your job until something comes along. Adventure this week

This week has been an adventure for me. I had test last week in school and made A's on them and made a few drawings for two classess. I met some new friends also. I am looking for a better paying job. I moved into this new place and everything is going good. I have an very understanding landlord so no problem there. But I do have this problem at work. I have asked for more hours and have gotten them but they cut them when business gets slow. I have talked with my boss and still after 6 months not much has changed. I am in the process of changing jobs to get better hours and more pay. In this economy I know this will be hard but I think it can be done. I have an updated resume to start handing out and a more up to date application process I have learned while in school to help me and to moreless continue to sell myself to the possible employer. Now, this is a technique that is different for everyone but it still gets to the same point and that is to have a job. So, starting today I will get that done and with all hopes I will have a new and better paying job. 

Many changes

Sorry that I have not been on here in a while but that is do to many changes that has happened since the last time I had been here. I have moved to a new place and I love it. I had a bad run in with my former roommate and I also had a rough time at work because of what was happening at home at the time of all of this. Now that it is all over my life feels right. I live in a city that feels right. I am still in school and making great grades. I will tell this to all who reads this. No matter had bad it gets stick to your guns and stand up for what you believe in and never back down for any reason whatsoever. Thank you for reading my blog and come back again.

Libya in the news

It has been one heck of a month for the middle east. First Egypt now Libya and everybody in that part of the world is tired of what is going on. Now, I myself see this as a major revolt against a dictatorship that has done nothing but use its people. Libya for instance is asking its leader to step down and all he can say is my people loves me. If they loved him why would they ask him to step down. Anyway, he has ordered the killings of a lot of his people. This is not right a all for anybody. Now, could this happen here in the United States. I say yes it can because it has happened before with the Boston Tea Party the people got mad and did what they thought they had to do. You have got to ask yourself this question why are the people doing this? I have read that they are tired of being poor. They have now job to support their family or buhy things they need or even want. That sounds very much lke what is going on here in this country. The people need to be heard I mean they want and needs things too. But then if it happened here I think it would last for a long time. Lets help one another and stopped the hate. Is it really hard to give a hand along with a smile.  

A New Egypt

Well, this past few days have been some interesting ones. Uprising in Egypt has been an adventure for me because the former President just stepped down this past friday February 11, 2011 and the army has been left in charge till the next election. Now, this is something that the people of Egypt have wanted for a long time and that is changes for the people. It took and uprising to do this and now the people are asking what is in store for the country now. The army is putting together some things for the people of Egypt such as jobs to help. Here is my question could this happen in this country USA. I think it could to get some things done for the people. Look at this past congressional elections the people got tired and made a change. The Presidential election is not far off and no Republican has stepped up. So will we see more of the current President Obama we have? Who knows..Let me know what you think..

Middle East Conflict Ongoing

I was reading again yesterday that Egypt is still ongoing with the demand of a resignation of their current President. President Obama has already voiced that it should happen soon and to do it peacefully. The US has already laid out plans and suggestions to Egypt about this issue. Some people are asking why is this happening in the middle east and why is the US getting involved in it. From what I have read the people in Egypt are wanting a change. Now, they are saying that there is corruption in the government and they are wanting jobs and also they want a new President as well. They want this to happen swiftly is the reason this has gone on for nearly two weeks and taxes keep going up and food is getting scarce. So you may want to ask yourself this question. Could this happen here in the USA and I would have to say yes. It happened once with the Boston Tea Party. Could this effect the stock market? You bet it can with oil prices going up and all food prices going up and no jobs insight. Just keep looking for things to keep going up but don't be surprised at all because this is what is happening over in Egypt right now...

Trouble in the Middlle East

I was reading on the Internet today again more trouble in Egypt today with the protest and just all around riots. Now the riots is one thing but the government in Egypt is another. I also read that other governments are pulling out of Egypt and the US in sending planes to remove the US citizens that are there and the US Embassy is closed indefinitely and other governments are doing the same. Food is short in Egypt and the people are asking for their President to resign after thirty years of ruling the country. Here is also what I have read. The Egyptian people are saying that the current ruler is corrupt and has been for some time. Now, the people have had just in the last week have had communications cut off from the outside world and then turned back on and also have had a curfew placed on the country. To me this is a lot like what other countries have gone through in the past and others are going through it still. Anyway, what is going on in this world is beyond me. Some lady was telling me the other day at work that it is the sign of end times, anyhow I hope that the Egyptian people can resolve the issues because this can effect everything going on with the markets.

Employed or not..

I was reading the other day on the internet that the President is making this year for jobs. Jobs being his number one priority. He has had a recent visit from the President of China and had a meeting with him and several topics was dicussed. Now, what they talked about is not quite clear. I hope that we can get the jobs this country needs or the economy will not improve. So tell me this. Do you think that this meeting with the President of China will help with jobs.? Leet me know.. 

Point of View...friends and more than

I would like to tell my readers about a friend of mine who I had met in 2008. His name is Allen Mcalister. He is a very sweet guy to everyone he meets. I met him over a dating site for gay people. We chatted for a while before we had our first meeting. I will admit he is very good looking and in some ways cute and to me very sexy. Anyhow, we hung out together for a while and then we parted for a little close to two years. Now, I first of all will admit I thought about him a lot. The things we did together and such. Then in 2009 we connected again. This time I found out from him he had moved to Florida. Well, now here is where it gets interesting. I had no job and my roommate at the time wanted some place different and so did I. I wanted to get together with Allen so bad that I just had to be with him. This feeling for him which I still have had taken over. I was going to move to Florida and be with him. So a year had went by and this past September 2010 I made the move to Florida. Well, I met Allen and that same spark had came back to life when I met him. As time went by we went to places and well it happened. We had slept together just like we had done two years before. Then it happened our relationship hit a very tough and heartbreaking spot. It was my mistake for not telling what should have been told to the right person. I even hurt myself so bad in the process to top it all off. Not to mention I hurt the one I love and that is Allen. And my roommate was mad at me too. So I was in a jam that I had never been in before in my life. This had gone on for more than two weeks. Then I made another mistake after another with the issue. Asking lame questions and staying in my room crying my eyes out and such. One misunderstanding after another was circulating and it was a big mess. So two weeks had pasted and one day my roommate had started texting Allen to see if he knew what was going on with me. I was in my room crying over this whole mess. And in that very same hour Allen pulls up to the front door of where I live. Allen right then took me outside and we had a talk about all of this that was going on. And every thing he had to say I had coming to me. My stupid mistakes just went out of hand and the person I care about the most was hurt and my roommate was offended very much and I even hurt myself. Allen and I talked for better than an hour. I felt better now that everything was out and amends was in progress and still is and my roommate says that everything is ok with him now. My point of view is this when you have someone you love in your life don't hurt them in any way. Treat them with love and kindness and talk things out when things seem bad or not right. Respect them and yourself in the process and tell them how much you love them for being there for you and be there for them when they need someone to talk with. And before you know it things will get better and I will admit this when I had that talk with Allen I felt better myself and I still feel better. I always have believed things get better.       

My Birthday

My birthday to me is just another day of a month of the year. Course it is a day that only comes once a year and the age part well its just a number to me. I don't feel any different now than I did twenty years ago. Well anyway I will be 44 yrs. old.....My birthday is on Jan. 13, 19??.

Point of View.....another day

Well, another day has gone and tomorrow will be here to start another week. I go back to school this week for another quarter then comes spring break in April. I also want to mention that I have three years till I graduate and then I move on with either a business of my own or work for a firm until I get established. My field of choice is Interior Design Architecture. I know that in this economy with the housing issues this sounds like a bad idea. But remember the business we have now started in the great depression and some of them are still around to this day. I have a positive attitude about all of this and I believe it will change for the good. Anyhow, the question is Do you think this economy will change enough for today's college graduate and for the future graduates to come? Let me know what you think..

Well, another week has gone by and the weekend is near. A year has started and already seems to be on the up. Making new years  resolutions I did not do because they never pan out because something always goes the other direction to cancel them out. I haven't made a new years resolution in years. My friend made one though. He started quitting smoking and he is doing very well I might add. He got one of those electric cigarettes and says it has made a difference. Now, for me I think if it helps you quit that's fine but is it a guarantee you will quit. My question is Do these electric cigarettes really work? Let me know.. 

Point of View.......New Congress

New Congress new rules and maybe more cutbacks. I saw in the paper this week that The New Congress was sworn in. From what I have read they have a lot on their plate they want to change. The President has ask them to work with the Senate on issues for this country. And believe it or not Jobs came to the top of the list. Also, unemployment made the list and housing market and the ways of how are they going to do all of this in two years. Now, we all know that the next Presidential election is coming up in 2012. And we still have no clue as to who maybe running for the Republicans. My thinking right now is this. If the current President was to be President again for another four years and to improve his ratings he would have to do a whole lot between now and the next election. Here is my question today. Do you think all of this can be done by the current President of the United States and if so how? Let me know..  

New Year New Beginning..2011

With a new year comes new adventures. Maybe even solving  problems that may have carried over from last year. Anyway, look at this year as a year that you want to make somewhat different. Ways that you never knew about. I have been taking steps of difference to ease away some problems already. I had a problem that has been bothering me for sometime now with a friend of mine. Actually he is a roommate of mine. I just had to talk with him about things going on around here. He would himself out of nowhere and complain about things that just did not make no sense to me. I tried to explain to him after asking him about it and then I would find him asking me again later on about what we had just been talking earlier in the day. I was frustrated about it because I found myself repeating myself to him. So, I had to talk with him about this and he at first didn't say anything but later he would say something about it. I ask him if we could discuss this issue so some hard feelings would go away and maybe get back to normal. Now, after this he finally said everything is ok and that he would try not to do that again. I have learned that you can not make yourself happy if you hold it inside. Try to talk with the person first about an issue you may have with the person and discuss it at the adult level then if that does not work let the person be. Then with time if this person does not come around then I would leave them alone.
